David Bixler, P.E., S.E., President

Mr. Bixler has over 20 years’ experience in structural engineering and an additional 12 years in the commercial construction industry. His experience and responsibilities cover all aspects of structural design with  projects ranging from commercial tenant improvements to complete design of high-rise structures. David is actively involved in all phases of the design process from schematic design to construction documents, and construction administration.  His designs include schools, municipal buildings, office buildings, parking structures, retail outlets, hotels, additions, remodels and repairs. With these designs, comes experience using all types of materials including steel, wood, masonry, metal studs, aluminum, insulated concrete forms, cast-in-place concrete, and post-tensioned concrete, and several projects involving BIM and LEED.  David served on the Board of the Arizona Society of Marketing Service Professionals and is listed as a Person To Know in Arizona Commercial Real Estate Magazine and his company has been rated in the top three structural engineering firms by Ranking Arizona.

Eric Bussey, Vice President – Technology 

Mr. Bussey has spent two decades in Structural and Civil drafting and design, 15 of those being in a leadership role. His experience includes projects with a wide range of building types, construction materials, and methods. Eric has extensive experience using AutoCAD, Microstation, and Revit as well as AutoCAD customization using a variety of programming languages. He has also served as an Adjunct Professor, teaching AutoCAD, at Mesa Community College in the Architectural Department. He graduated from Platt College with a major in Civil Drafting.
